box_shadow_vertical_tablet=&#8221;0px&#8221; box_shadow_blur_tablet=&#8221;40px&#8221; box_shadow_spread_tablet=&#8221;0px&#8221; z_index_tablet=&#8221;500&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>A la hora de abordar la elaboraci\u00f3n y puesta en pr\u00e1ctica de la Gu\u00eda Formativa PERMIND, dos han sido las ideas clave tenidas en cuenta: la metodolog\u00eda de la \u201ctoma de tierra\u201d y el enfoque de la \u201cco-creaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La metodolog\u00eda de \u201ctoma de tierra\u201d es una metodolog\u00eda ampliamente contrastada en las actividades formativas de la ADP en la finca que facilita la comunicaci\u00f3n, la conexi\u00f3n, la motivaci\u00f3n y la participaci\u00f3n activa en un entorno inspirador como es la Finca El Mato Tinto, para propiciar la colaboraci\u00f3n entre personas y entidades a trav\u00e9s de la identificaci\u00f3n de objetivos comunes y sinergias.<\/p>\n<p>En esta metodolog\u00eda, todas las personas que participan en actividades formativas y talleres realizados en la finca, comienzan <strong>sintiendo el lugar<\/strong> con una visita a la finca de mano de los responsables de la ADP.<\/p>\n<p>Esta t\u00e9cnica se ha puesto en pr\u00e1ctica desde la primera actividad formativa en la finca con la propia construcci\u00f3n del Centro Especial de Empleo, ya que el m\u00e9todo formativo y terap\u00e9utico por excelencia que se ha empleado desde el primer momento, ha sido la propia puesta en marcha de la finca como proyecto (Fotos Met.1 y Met.2).<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_4&#8243;][et_pb_image _builder_version=&#8221;4.0.6&#8243; El uso de la tierra como herramienta educativa y terap\u00e9utica permite trabajar la responsabilidad, la empat\u00eda, la capacitaci\u00f3n laboral, la constancia, el respeto, la tolerancia, la colaboraci\u00f3n en equipo, el trabajo bien hecho, el conocimiento y respeto del medio, y sobre todo el mantener a los alumnos en el aqu\u00ed y ahora, como terapia importante en el desarrollo de su salud mental.<\/p>\n<p>Ha sido igualmente un m\u00e9todo de co-creaci\u00f3n con los propios trabajadores del CEE-FEMP y con los colaboradores alumnos y voluntarios de la ADP, un m\u00e9todo que ha impregnado todas las actividades formativas, y lo est\u00e1 haciendo con el proyecto PERMIND desde el mismo momento de la elaboraci\u00f3n de la propuesta del proyecto, y lo ha impregnado la elaboraci\u00f3n de esta Gu\u00eda Formativa PERMIND como ponemos de manifiesto a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>metodolog\u00eda de \u201ctoma de tierra\u201d<\/strong> como estrategia de arranque del proyecto PERMIND se propuso y puso en pr\u00e1ctica entre noviembre de 2016 y marzo de 2017, en la fase de co-creaci\u00f3n de la propuesta del proyecto PERMIND. Durante la elaboraci\u00f3n de la propuesta los responsables de la ADP preguntaron a la coordinadora del proyecto por los conocimientos previos que sobre Permacultura ten\u00edan tanto las personas responsables de las instituciones-socios del proyecto, como los t\u00e9cnicos de dichas instituciones que trabajan con las personas con problemas de salud mental. Nos contest\u00f3 que hab\u00eda poco conocimiento previo de Permacultura entre las personas que integraban los dos grupos descritos, y que en caso de ser aprobado ser\u00edan personas diferentes los coordinadores del proyecto y los formadores que pondr\u00edan en marcha en sus centros los proyectos piloto PERMIND de un a\u00f1o de duraci\u00f3n, con el fin de experimentar las cuatro estaciones del a\u00f1o, formadores que previamente ten\u00edan que realizar un Curso intensivo de Formaci\u00f3n de Formadores en la Finca El Mato Tinto a cargo de la ADP.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de este momento se pone en pr\u00e1ctica el <strong>enfoque de co-creaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de PERMIND, un enfoque, no obstante, que ya estaba formulado en la propia propuesta de PERMIND para la puesta en marcha de los proyectos piloto a desarrollar por los formadores y los alumnos con enfermedad mental a partir de esta gu\u00eda formativa.<\/p>\n<p>Propusimos y argumentamos la necesidad de que la primera reuni\u00f3n del proyecto se realizara en la Finca El Mato Tinto con el fin de que las personas responsables de las entidades socias de PERMIND sintieran y compartieran en primera persona la Permacultura y su potencial terap\u00e9utico.<\/p>\n<p>Ello significaba iniciar el proyecto con la aproximaci\u00f3n permacultural de \u201cobservar primero y reflexionar despu\u00e9s a la sombra de lo percibido\u201d. Se trata de un ejercicio muy nutritivo de creaci\u00f3n de proximidad en la relaci\u00f3n salud mental y Permacultura conociendo y sintiendo in situ esa experiencia, donde se integran plantas, animales, paisajes, construcciones, tecnolog\u00edas y asentamientos humanos en sistemas arm\u00f3nicos y simbi\u00f3ticos, estableciendo una rica diversidad, para lograr la estabilidad y resistencia de los sistemas naturales y un mayor potencial para la sostenibilidad econ\u00f3mica a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p>La \u201ctoma de tierra\u201d de la primera reuni\u00f3n se visualiz\u00f3 como un trascendental test para el arranque y desarrollo del proyecto. Se plante\u00f3 como un reto imprescindible a abordar, y as\u00ed se argument\u00f3 en la propuesta del proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>Si la \u201ctoma de tierra\u201d en la Finca El Mato Tinto en el minuto 1 de la reuni\u00f3n inicial de un proyecto de dos a\u00f1os sal\u00eda bien, a buen seguro que los responsables de los socios en esa reuni\u00f3n volv\u00edan a sus pa\u00edses con una experiencia sentida de la Permacultura y de su potencial terap\u00e9utico, a compartir con sus jefes de departamento y sobre todo con los monitores que asistir\u00edan al Curso intensivo de Formaci\u00f3n de Formadores (Foto Met.3).<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;][et_pb_image _builder_version=&#8221;4.0.6&#8243; box_shadow_vertical_tablet=&#8221;0px&#8221; box_shadow_blur_tablet=&#8221;40px&#8221; box_shadow_spread_tablet=&#8221;0px&#8221; z_index_tablet=&#8221;500&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Foto Met.3.- Im\u00e1genes de la \u201ctoma de tierra\u201d durante la primera reuni\u00f3n de PERMIND en la Finca El Mato Tinto (25-26 octubre 2017)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cuando hablamos de PERMIND hablamos de proyectos piloto, de visitas de supervisi\u00f3n a los mismos por los responsables de la ADP, de plataforma e-Learning, de apps, pero sobre todo hablamos de las evaluaciones de los propios alumnos de esos proyectos piloto y de los grupos de discusi\u00f3n constituidos por diferentes actores (familiares de los alumnos, t\u00e9cnicos, vecinos, responsables pol\u00edticos, colegios,\u2026.) para una evaluaci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica de los proyectos. Todo este <strong>proceso de co-creaci\u00f3n co-evolutiva<\/strong> sin duda ha enriquecido la Gu\u00eda Formativa PERMIND al final del proyecto. Las unidades did\u00e1cticas de la Gu\u00eda Formativa PERMIND forman parte de la plataforma e-learning con acceso libre.<\/p>\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n inicial se realiz\u00f3 en la finca, y a tenor de las primeras impresiones de los asistentes sobre la metodolog\u00eda de la \u201ctoma de tierra\u201d, queda claro que los objetivos pretendidos se consiguieron:<\/p>\n<p>Primera valoraci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Ambiente muy &#8220;c\u00e1lido&#8221; y agradable. <\/em><em>Tambi\u00e9n saludable.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>El concepto de &#8220;equilibrio&#8221; fue el aprendizaje m\u00e1s importante durante la visita de estudio a los jardines PERMACULTURALES. <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>El desarrollo de una cultura (permacultura) que combina y utiliza todas las fuentes de energ\u00eda para crear un ecosistema saludable<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><em>Para m\u00ed, en este instante, la permacultura trata de construir una relaci\u00f3n circular entre el suelo, las plantas, el agua, los animales y especialmente las personas.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Gran, realmente gran hospitalidad. Muy bien organizada toda la granja. Los trabajos, la conexi\u00f3n con la sociedad, la atm\u00f3sfera entre el equipo.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>El &#8220;c\u00edrculo de la naturaleza&#8221; animales -plantas-tierra es impresionante.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Lo importante que es cultivar el suelo, el sol y el agua.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Nuestro ecosistema est\u00e1 compuesto por ciclos, pero por varias razones generalmente pensamos en ellos como independientes y no relacionados. Viviendo en contextos urbanos es realmente f\u00e1cil olvidar este concepto porque la fragmentaci\u00f3n es la regla.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>El ambiente es muy agradable. La idea de reciclar muestra c\u00f3mo es que todo es parte de nuestra vida, y puede usarse para un nuevo comienzo.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Los productos son del lugar. El modo de hacer puede ser reemplazado en cualquier situaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>La iniciativa se puede usar si\u2026sientes el suelo\u2026y si puedes entender c\u00f3mo crecen las plantas.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Totalmente diferente a lo que sabemos. De ello se habl\u00f3 durante la \u201ctoma de tierra\u201d y de ello se habla en las Unidades Did\u00e1cticas III y VI de esta gu\u00eda formativa]<em>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Impresiones en clave de dudas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Sobre su aplicaci\u00f3n en distintas condiciones clim\u00e1ticas de fuertes contrastes. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hay que tener en cuenta que estas impresiones se escribieron en el minuto 1 del proyecto PERMIND, dos horas despu\u00e9s del inicio de la primera reuni\u00f3n de un proyecto de dos a\u00f1os de duraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Una buena s\u00edntesis de lo que dio de s\u00ed la primera reuni\u00f3n queda asimismo reflejado en el primer p\u00e1rrafo del primer Bolet\u00edn de divulgaci\u00f3n del proyecto: \u201cNinguno de los socios del proyecto PERMIND se conoc\u00eda personalmente cuando el proyecto comenz\u00f3 en septiembre de 2017. Despu\u00e9s de la primera reuni\u00f3n que mantuvimos el pasado octubre en Tenerife (Espa\u00f1a), nos sentimos realmente como miembros de una misma familia. \u00c9ste es el poder de la permacultura\u201d (enero 2018).<\/p>\n<p>El curso de Formaci\u00f3n de Formadores se convirti\u00f3 en el primer test para evaluar la calidad de la gu\u00eda al tener la oportunidad los formadores de evaluar la distancia que hay entre lo que dice la gu\u00eda que han le\u00eddo con anterioridad a la realizaci\u00f3n del curso, y lo que se ense\u00f1a durante el curso; al mismo tiempo durante el curso se produce un ejercicio de co-creaci\u00f3n que redunda en la calidad de la gu\u00eda al identificarse e inventariarse las preguntas m\u00e1s frecuentes de los formadores que permite elaborar una secci\u00f3n de Preguntas M\u00e1s Frecuentes a incorporar en la Plataforma <em>E-Learning<\/em> final.<\/p>\n<p>La imagen de una \u201ctoma de tierra\u201d con personas de distintos or\u00edgenes culturales y climatol\u00f3gicos, con bagajes profesionales comunes, si bien, posiblemente, con culturas terap\u00e9uticas diferentes al provenir de diferentes culturas enriquece el propio curso, la gu\u00eda y la puesta en marcha de los proyectos piloto. Sin duda favorece la creaci\u00f3n de una red PERMIND de intercambios.<\/p>\n<p>Otra manifestaci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda de la co-creaci\u00f3n, \u00e9sta en clave ling\u00fc\u00edstica, se produce durante la elaboraci\u00f3n de la propia gu\u00eda formativa PERMIND. Una vez escrita en espa\u00f1ol por la ADP se tradujo al ingl\u00e9s como lengua de interface para la posterior traducci\u00f3n de los otros idiomas de los socios (esloveno, griego y sueco).<\/p>\n<p>La ADP solicita a todos los socios que no se empiece a traducir del ingl\u00e9s hasta que no se produzca el contraste entre lo que se cuenta en ingl\u00e9s en la gu\u00eda y la informaci\u00f3n y ense\u00f1anza que reciben en la formaci\u00f3n del curso intensivo. Se les pide que se aproximen f\u00edsicamente al curso a trav\u00e9s de la lectura previa de la gu\u00eda en ingl\u00e9s, al estilo de una gu\u00eda tur\u00edstica de un lugar que le han dicho que vale la pena visitar y conocer. En este caso de un lugar terap\u00e9utico basado en la Permacultura.<\/p>\n<p>En la semana del curso intensivo los monitores se encuentran cara a cara con una experiencia de 22 a\u00f1os de ensayo y error en la pr\u00e1ctica permacultural y 16 a\u00f1os usando la Permacultura como herramienta rehabilitadora para la salud mental; una experiencia en la que se han probado diferentes m\u00e9todos y aprendido de los errores y que ha sido \u00a0sintetizada y sistematizada en la gu\u00eda formativa PERMIND que han le\u00eddo poco antes de encontrase con el lugar. Ello significa un inestimable test de calidad para evaluar la gu\u00eda y visibilizar su potencial de replicabilidad en los proyectos piloto.<\/p>\n<p>Ha sido igualmente una oportunidad de co-creaci\u00f3n con los monitores a partir de las valoraciones cr\u00edticas que realizaron a partir de ese encuentro. La retroalimentaci\u00f3n de los monitores fue reveladora tanto para mejorar la calidad de la gu\u00eda como para la evoluci\u00f3n de todo el proyecto PERMIND. La curva de aprendizaje derivada de dicha retroalimentaci\u00f3n fue un proceso que se tuvo en cuenta durante toda la implementaci\u00f3n del proyecto piloto de co-creaci\u00f3n entre los instructores y los estudiantes. Los instructores han sido los transmisores del enfoque permacultural en la terapia de la salud mental en sus respectivas instituciones, unas instituciones con larga tradici\u00f3n en este \u00e1mbito de la salud.<\/p>\n<p>Una parte importante del proceso de aprendizaje es reflexionar sobre lo que aprendemos. As\u00ed, durante el curso de formaci\u00f3n los formadores se tomaron su tiempo al comienzo de la jornada para analizar las ense\u00f1anzas del d\u00eda anterior. Los formadores comprobaron que era una forma enriquecedora de reflexionar paso a paso sobre el proceso de aprendizaje y promover el intercambio de conocimientos entre los participantes. Se recomienda incorporar este momento de seguimiento durante el proceso de aprendizaje al inicio de cada paso.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n las visitas de supervisi\u00f3n de la ADP han sido una oportunidad en clave de reciprocidad para que ambas partes aprendiesen de manera co-creada. Ha servido a la ADP para identificar los problemas con que se han encontrado los proyectos piloto; para resolver los temores y las dudas mostradas en la reuni\u00f3n de inicio del proyecto en octubre de 2017; para tener en cuenta los distintos \u00e1mbitos climatol\u00f3gicos y culturales del proyecto PERMIND, enriqueciendo todo ello a la Gu\u00eda Formativa PERMIND al ampliar su cobertura europea e internacional.<\/p>\n<p>Esta metodolog\u00eda de co-creaci\u00f3n evolutiva en clave de construcci\u00f3n conjunta de PERMIND, ha sido muy enriquecedora para elaborar una gu\u00eda de esta naturaleza. El momento cumbre ha sido la evaluaci\u00f3n realizada por los propios alumnos durante la aplicaci\u00f3n de la gu\u00eda en sus respectivos proyectos piloto. La ADP como responsable de la gu\u00eda ha tenido igualmente la ocasi\u00f3n de compartir con esos alumnos sus impresiones durante las visitas de supervisi\u00f3n, visitas relevantes a los ojos de los evaluadores del proyecto para el alcance de los objetivos de PERMIND.<\/p>\n<p>Esta Gu\u00eda Formativa PERMIND no es propiamente una gu\u00eda de Permacultura, aunque tambi\u00e9n lo sea. Es una gu\u00eda centrada en los <strong>aspectos sanadores<\/strong> de la Permacultura. De ah\u00ed que comencemos con \u201cLa Permacultura como terapia\u201d como t\u00edtulo de la Unidad Did\u00e1ctica I y continuemos las restantes unidades con un enfoque simult\u00e1neo de t\u00e9cnicas de dise\u00f1o y mantenimiento de la Permacultura y terapia: \u201cDise\u00f1o del lugar\u201d (UD II); \u201cDise\u00f1ando nuestros jardines comestibles\u201d (UD III); \u201cNuestros bosques jardines comestibles\u201d (UD IV); \u201cMantenimiento de nuestros jardines comestibles\u201d (UD V); \u201cDe la semilla a la recolecci\u00f3n\u201d (UD VI) y \u201cLa bioconstrucci\u00f3n como terapia\u201d (UD VII).
